Chicago Cubs: An experience for a new generation

The mission

The history rich Chicago Cubs looked to Slalom to help them connect to their fans with a deeper understanding and enhance the fan experience. A dozen persona segments where identified by Slalom with high growth potential for the Cubs. Data was collected from ticket sales, interviews, research, and customer patterns. This data allowed the Cubs to better understand their customers and enrich the fan experience.

Project details

Working with the Cubs, we created a story for Slalom to use in customer conversations. With an agency partner, we shot custom videos and photo at Wrigley Field in Chicago. A custom interactive webpage and audience unique social media assets were created. Because of this work, deeper conversations occurred with Slalom customers and contributed to the sales pipeline.
