The mission

With a booming urban living landscape, a concept was born to bring excited customers into dozens of properties. The tour utilized a central meeting point and shuttles to bring customers to view multiple properties and units. The property developers benefited from having brand exposure in the campaign and warm leads from the tour. This program found strong success with many of the property developers and ran several times

Project details

From start to finish, I led the creative direction of this program with a small team of a writer, web developer, and audio producer. In a few months’ time we went from ground zero to a fully built out program with a brand system, website, TV and radio spots, and dozens of other assets. The program was widely praised by the property developers for the comprehensive brand we built.
